NW Konnection Services is a standard model agency that takes pride in providing innovative client-centered services and transitional life skills curriculum to adults and youth (who qualify for the K-plan) in the state of Oregon with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).  Our approach consists of taking each clients specific needs into account, helping them to achieve their self-directed goals resulting in increased independence in their home and community.
