We are seeking responsible and reliable support professionals who are enthusiastic and compassionate about helping clients with I/DD achieve their client centered goals.  Individuals who are flexible with the ability to think outside of the box and who aspire to deliver services in a creative and fun-filled manner are strongly encouraged to apply.  In addition to providing basic attendant care services, NWKS focuses on the self-directed goals set by the client and represented in the Individual’s Service Plan as desired outcomes.   Our approach consists of taking each client’s specific needs into account while integrating our innovative, transitional programming; helping them to achieve their desired outcomes resulting in increased independence in their home and community.
